My name is Marius Groover, Founder of Desire to Inspire a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and Heroes For Higher LLC, 

 

Throughout my life, I've consistently demonstrated a charitable spirit and a generous soul.

 

Growing up, a strong admiration for superheroes and the powerful symbolism they represented was ingrained in me. Superheroes represent our inner heroism and the pure good of humanity; they are also influential and inspirational.

 

I consider myself fortunate to have experienced the presence of real-life superheroes, most notably my sister Jasmine, and how she managed to overcome both a rare progressive neurodegenerative disease, NARP, and cancer. She inspired me to merge my devotion for aiding others with my admiration for superheroes and initiate the birth of "Heroes for Higher," a fellowship of costumers and cosplayers characterized by their significant generosity and creative abilities, united by their desire to impact the world positively.

 

We have completed many projects over the years that include feeding and clothing the homeless, back-to-school and toy drives, community events, and bringing joy to the ill children in hospitals with our visits.
